Milz Development & Construction is a fully licensed and bonded company remodeling and renovating residential and commercial property in California. Mark Milz is the founder and President. With countless projects under his belt, his career has involved a wide range of successful remodeling and renovations commercial, residential and multifamily buildings. Mark's passion for the industry began at an early age, growing up working alongside his father in commercial construction. At the age of 13 he fell in love with the residential process after building their family home. Mark attended Saint Mary's College where he earned his bachelor’s degree focusing on Business Economics. Soon after, he earned his MBA in Business Economics, also at Saint Mary's. Mark was a project manager with one of the largest home developers in California. After about 10 years there his entrepreneurial spirt motivated him to start Milz Development & Construction. Milz Development sets itself apart from others by utilizing the combination of business insight and a wide range of construction knowledge. The ability to combine the two worlds has produced some of the most beautiful remodeled and renovated homes in the bay area.
